Chuck Garland5Brandon went above and beyond with helping me and my wife with our accounts. We were needing to move social security and VA direct deposits and he provided us with a direct deposit form for each and mailed them out for us, this saved us possibly hours of time waiting on the phone. He was easy to chat with and was very funny, definitely a great experience and a banker I will always come see.

Kimberly Weis5I came into the branch to ask about checking and savings accounts as well as a personal loan and rates. I spoke with Brandon and he was a wealth of knowledge; explained everything in a way I could understand and went above and beyond to really help develop a plan unique to my situation. I have been with a credit union for awhile now and after our conversation I will be bringing my relationship to First National and working with Brandon.

Aline Lanzourakis1Today I had perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I pulled into the drive through a few minutes before the bank closed at 1 pm. The open light was on and I was the only car in the Drive-Thru, so I was parked right in front of the screen and tube. I filled out my deposit slip. I rolled down my window to make my deposit to find the screen was black and the shades on the drive-through windows had been drawn. They literally closed right in the process of me trying to make my deposit. By the time I pulled around the front of the bank and attempted to get into the lobby doors, it was only 1:03 pm. Just mnutes later, the bank employees came pouring out the door. Apparently, it is more important to get out of there fast, rather than serve long-term customers. Aline Lanzourakis

tim post1Banker i dealt with here was awful!! Opened up an hsa account and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing, has to ask for her to order the debit cards... waited 2 weeks for them to show up, finally called the bank and asked she says “oh you wanted cards ordered?” Waited another 2 weeks finally called a different branch to find out they still never got ordered. Seriously do your job!!!!

Victoria McMullen1Horrible. Michaela was incredibly rude. If it weren’t for other locations I’d completely leave this bank. Also, I was going to open another account but there was only one banker in the whole bank. Sat there for 15 minutes and he had no customer the entire time but still didn’t come and get me. Will not go back here again.

Celia Mendoza (celiz)1If i could give them zero stars i would. Worst banking service ever. I asked to increase my loan payment i filled out the form inside the branch. They lost it.... i refilled it again and what did they do entered the wrong account # so no payment got processed. Now no one can give me an answer as to what is going on.
