  Illinois Community Credit Union Dekalb Branch is absolutely the best place to take care of your financial needs. Everyone who works there is a pleasure to work with. Especially the Branch Manager Kim Morris. She is the BEST, Kim is like a second mom to me. She gives the best advice, and cares so deeply about her job and the people she works with. The customer service is a breath of fresh air. Everyone is extremely professional and super friendly. (and that is hard to find now days). I am so happy the I have the opportunity to bank here. I recommend everyone I can to bank here, trust me you won’t be disappointed!!! ❤️❤️❤️

  Good and Bad comes with this bank (overall) The good, generally the rates for cars, credit cards, and loans seem better than other places.. The Bad, you used to be able to call the bank and get the Branch you were calling. Not anymore its all routed through a call center that if you don't get someone in 2 or 3 minutes it sends it to voice mail which is inconvenient when you are on the phone with someone else and they are trying to verify information through the bank. I would have been fine being left on hold for 5 or so minutes to get the next person available instead of calling back 3 or 4 times and then being told to call back "when my bank is open" when the bank was open. I shouldn't have to leave a voicemail to "possibly" get a call back.

  Many thanks to Jenna for guiding my niece and I in getting the best rate for an auto loan for my niece's first car. She went above and beyond in making sure we had all the documentation we needed, and especially went beyond the call of duty when there was a glitch with proving my niece did have insurance for the car. I live quite a distance from DeKalb, but when I move to the area, you can be assured I will do all my banking with Illinois Community Credit Union!

  I went in last week to get a car loan. Norma helped get everything set up and got me a better interest rate than other places had been offering. She let me know that if I had any questions about anything I could come to her and she would help figure everything out with me! She was amazing and very professional. Jenna also helped with the loan. All together they have an amazing team here and I definitely recommend

  I’ve been with the credit union for 5 years now and I have never been disappointed with any of their services. I especially appreciate and HIGHLY recommend Kim Morris, she has been my banker from the beginning and has never steered me wrong. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, encouraging and is always looking out for your best financial interest. I cannot recommend her enough!!

  When we want a loan, we go to Kim Morris at the Dekalb branch. She communicates well throughout the whole process and goes above and beyond to get things done. She always greets you with a smile, she is the best. Everyone at the branch always greets you and gives nothing but customer friendly service.

  5/5 stars. Being a first time borrower there were some worries about how this process would go, but the staff here made the journey so simple and easy, I would recommend anyone, if in need of a loan, to borrow from here. Great rates, streamlined process, and great customer service. Kim, the branch manager, helped me through this loan and could not be more grateful having her. Any issues I had she had the knowledge and resources to overcome them, and went out of her way to answer all of my phone calls.

  I was referred here by a close friend. I’ve been with the Credit Union for about two years now. Kim Morris helped me through everything and my credit score has improved drastically. She’s amazing, patient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place, ask for Kim. She’s awesome!
