Most inconvenient bank I have ever been to. Online it says the lobby hours are until 6:00pm, I pull up at 5:30 really needing to cash a check. The most inconvenient part is unless you have an account here you have to go inside to cash a check that is from their bank! So the drive through is open but I have to go inside. Have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. Every time I have had to deal with them in the last few years I am more disappointed each time. Definitely time to find another bank.

      Response from the owner

Hi Dave, I apologize about your recent experience at FNB. I have contacted your account officer to reach out to you and touch base on the inconvenience due to the merchant of a recent purchase.

I have the old out of day traditional brick and mortar bank accounts like BoA, Chase etc. I also have mobile banking like Ally, BOFI, etc. I stopped by FNB one day around noon and boy was it a mistake. I can't remember the 2 female teller's name or else I would call them out by name. I stopped in to do a otc cash withdrawl aka cash advance on my debit card because I already reached my ATM limit. I approached teller and ask her I wanted to do a cash advance on my debit card. The girl said ok and took my debit card and ID and walked backed to the other girl for a split second then turned around & walked back my way. As she was returning to me I heard the other girl quietly mumble "I'm too busy plus It's already lunchtime" kind of saying it in a angry way under her breath. Then the girl I initially gave my debit card & ID returned and told me they couldn't do it. I told her majority of banks will do it because of limits on ATMs and FNB was alot closer than Bank of America where I bank. She said "Sorry can't help you and I haven't had a lunch" and walked off. Maybe she these two girls need to find another profession that doesn't involve them talking to customers because they have no people skills. I'm sure their all not like this but that was my experience with First National Bank. No excuses. Bad first impression. Drove down the street to Arvest Bank and they were able to do the job. Saved me a 20 minute drive to my bank. Thanks Arvest.

      Response from the owner

Hello, frankly, I am embarrassed to hear about your recent experience at FNB. We pride on ourselves on being a local bank and customer service, so I apologize that is not what you encountered on your visit. Do you recall the location of the branch you visited? I would love to help get to the bottom of this to ensure this type of service does not continue.

Asked for a temporary check and was given major attitude with a cute little eye roll at the end. Fantastic customer service!

      Response from the owner

Hannah, I sincerely apologize about your recent experience at FNB. I will be looking into this and forward to the branch manager because that is not in line with the quality of service we hope to provide anyone who visits our bank. Please feel free to reach out to me personally in the future with any concerns. Julie Waddle [email protected] (405)732-4571 ext. 3990

Don't use your card. If the merchant over charges you the bank will not do anything to protect customers... learned my lesson the hard way after 10+ years of doing business. Unacceptable service.

      Response from the owner

Hi Joey, As a community bank, you are our first priority and we do have your best interest in mind. Unfortunately, some things are out of our control and cannot be fixed by us, but instead depend on the merchant. I apologize for the situation that occurred and empathize with the strain it may have put on you. Julie Croak Waddle Assistant Vice President
