      I drive from south OKC to MidWest City just to go to this branch. Faith in particular provides great customer service and is very mindful of using correct pronouns and names! The previous branch I used (Woodward, Oklahoma's branch on Oklahoma Avenue) was so awful it took me a full calendar year, multiple complaints, and finally a call to the corporate office to get them to update my legal name and stop designating me. However Faith, Andrée, and the manager, Tiffany always make me feel welcome and supported and have resolved multiple issues over the last year that the branch nearest my house has caused (messing up addresses, depositing personal checks into my business account, etc.) This branch is the only reason I haven't left MidFirst all together and I really appreciate their excellent customer service!

      Overall, I've banked at Midfirst for a long time. The girl at the front is always pleasant and helpful. But that branch manager (with the long hair) has the worst customer service and attitude I've ever seen at any of the branches. I bite my FN tounge with her...Makes me want to avoid this branch period!

      I always feel like there is fees for everything little thing. They don't fully explain promotions to you but just push you to sign paperwork & get out. They don't always do what they say. It's been problems after problems

      I've had an account with midfirst for over a year and every branch I've been to the staff where very friendly. This branch however was not. First time I've been to this one and go through the drive through and the older black lady who is heavier set was awful. If you don't like your job then find something else! Customers pay your bills whether you like it or not. Learn to at least fake that you enjoy your job!

      Most of the people at the Midwest City branch are very friendly and do a good job. The older black gal who works here is atrocious. She is rude, condescending, horrible attitude, etc., etc. I cannot stand having to deal with her. Either she is just not a particularly friendly/nice person, or she has a problem with white folk. Not sure which. Either way, she's not anyone I care to deal with. Serious attitude problem. She makes it very clear that our business at this bank is NOT appreciated. Other than her, I like this bank.

      Worst customer service at this location. Very slow. One time, spent 10 minutes in drive thru - as the ONLY customer before I was even acknowledged. And then 8 more minutes waiting for them to cash a check.. they don’t apologize for their lack of decency.

      If I could give this place 0 stars are I would ! My husband is a Independent Contractor and received a PPP Loan through Kabbage. His current bank wouldn’t take the loan so he went to open an account. She basically tried to say that my husband was creating Fraud because she never heard of Kabbage. She then said she refuses to open a bank account ! Sad situation and do not recommend going here !

      I've gone into this location a several times now and each time the ladies at the front were rude. Their tone of voice, body language, attitudes showed they were bothered when I asked questions. I've had only 1 good experience and I wish I had gotten her name. Overall great location bad customer service.

      Cashed my check without a problem. I don't have an account there but some banks frown at cashing a check on them if you don't have a acc with them. I'd give them 5 stars but it made me irritated when they wanted my fingerprint put on the check to cash it. They said it was to protect me and their customer. First off, their customer was there with me to verify he wrote the check, and I showed you my id to receive the cash, so getting a fingerprint isn't doing anything to keep me or him protected or safe. If anything, your endangering my identity by makimg me put my mark on the check.

      I don't know how to rate a bank. I mean what are you looking for in a bank, a place that has free checking? A place that pays higher interest on savings? A place that charges low interest on loans? These are all pretty important things, which is why you need to shop around for the bank you want. I think this place is pretty good.
