  I had approximately $250 in a checking account with FMS. Even though I never used the account, they slowly took so many fees over the past 2 years that it has now become overdrawn and they're going to start charging me a Daily NSF fee of $4. I tried to close the account over a year ago but they wouldn't do it over the phone and I live more than an hour away now.

  Great local bank. Gave Empire State Pizza a loan when the big banks refused.

  My card was compromised on a Friday night. I got an immediate text message alert & was able to stop the card even after banking hours were over. I was able to go in first thing on a Saturday to confirm the issue & ensure with Tiffany that no other charges appeared. She offered to make sure I had enough cash for weekend expenses until a card could be made for me from a banker on Monday. First thing Monday morning, she had the card ready for me. The machine to activate my PIN took a bit longer so rather than have me wait, she called me to say that the PIN was available to be used (which was less than an hour later. ) Tiffany and all the staff went above and beyond. Most people I know have to go several WEEKS to have a new debit card and PIN given to them with other banks. Not with FMS Bank in Greeley!! Literally, the next business day, everything was resolved within an hour of them opening AND I was given options over the weekend to have access to my money. Thank you FMS Bank Greeley for changing this previous non-bank user to a dedicated bank customer for life.

  Terrible experience with Tracy Axton mortgage banker. Had to follow up with her on all paperwork, didn't return phone calls or emails. Just felt like I was wasn't important as a customer. Also the appraisal company they used was terrible. The appraiser actually missed buildings that were included on the county records as well as many other things. I was hoping that a smaller local bank would understand the local ag property, but the appraiser they use doesn't. You would be better off shopping around, but watch out, they will send you a bill if you don't go with them.

  Austin and team were incredibly helpful at every stage of guiding me through the PPP loan process. I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service!!! Highly recommended!!!

  I HAVE TO SAY THAT ITS A PLEASURE EVERY TIME I GO IN OR CALL. THE STAFF TREAT YOU VERY NICE AND SEEM TO BE TRULY CONCERNED. I WILL ALWAYS BANK WITH FMS BANK OF GREELEY. THANKS FMS
