  I became a member of this bank approximately 5 years ago. I am always welcomed and greeted by all of the staff. Everyone is friendly. I do have to say, I am thrilled when Christy's line is available. She is always professional and efficient and she also demonstrates care and kindness to me. I have needed that on more than one occasion and I am appreciative of her.

  Excellent service from Alva at the drive. She is thorough but fast which is something I appreciate as I usually try to fit a stop at WCCU during a busy day. Always a pleasant experience as she knows what customer service should be.

  I love my credit union and the professional help I get from the employees. Christy Ambriz was incredibly helpful and awesome during my last transaction! She was both professional and caring at the same time. I have never had a bad experience at my credit union!

  The credit is ok. Friendly. But it doesn't offer early direct deposit, and even though I've been with them for a few yrs I can't get a small loan . Will probably go somewhere else.
