  I'm a real estate broker who used Fluent Mortgage for my new home. I have four preferred lenders that I refer to clients, so when it came time to mortgage shop for myself, I filled out applications with all four on a holiday weekend. Fluent Mortgage was the most responsive and made me feel that I could trust how they would function over the other lenders.   Fluent Mortgage was hands-down the best mortgage company I have dealt with! Chris and Eric were great to work with. They got me an amazing rate, and knew how to deal with the VA better than any other anyone I've ever dealt with. They were always available when I had questions, and were incredibly fast with all paperwork. I will definitely go with them again for all future purchases!

  We purchased our home with the help of Fluent Mortgage a couple years ago. Chris was so easy to work with and kept us up to date every step of the way. We chose to take advantage of the low rates and refinance our home this year. We started to do this with the lender we had, but they were horrible to work with....so we opted to call Chris again. He came through once again and we closed the deal in a month and locked in our rate. We refuse to work with anyonelse, and highly recommend these guys.

  The whole team made me and my family feel like the priority and not just another customer. This team shoulders so much of the stress around the financing process. Many of my peers who use other brokers have to spend many lunch breaks on the phone arguing over details and issues. I spent all of 2hrs on both a purchase and a subsequent refi, and felt confident in Chris and his team leading the way. I have and will continue to refer anyone I can their way.
