  Dannie the customer service rep was absolutely phenomenal! It's rare to get quality customer service now a days, let alone from a bank! I was pleasantly greeted on the phone where in normal standards that is usually the worst experience is by phone. Nonetheless, they have a quality front line person that immediately gives the appropriate first impression and made me want to do business there. Thank you for taking pride in being the first line of impression for your branch. It was welcomed and appreciated!

  Have had a few auto loans now with FL Central and the process has always been quick and painless. That still has not changed. Recently got a new auto loan and dealt with Alex and Jason over at the Clearwater branch. These two are great guys to work with and always look to do what's best for their members. Highly recommend anyone looking in this market for a vehicle to stop by and either see them or ask for them. Below are pics of my new ride that they helped me secure. Alex and Jason thanks again.

  Best bank! The complaint seems to be that they’re “small”, but that’s what I like! Evi and Dannie greet me by name when I go in. And they’re very familiar with my needs as a customer. I’m afraid to switch banks because I don’t know if I’ll get the same level of service!

  I must say the service I received from Evie and Alex were beyond incredible! It is not just once but always! Evie from the moment I met him has continued to be hands on above and beyond! Alex I just recently was introduced to and had a situation and along with Evie went above my expectations making sure to follow through! Both of these gentlemen at the Coachman Clearwater Branch show true professionalism and personality which makes a huge difference in retaining customer service! It is becasue of individuals like these that my business will remain with this bank! Thank you again for making my mind rest assure that you do care and do what you say you will do from start to finish!

  I’m not even a member yet but I’ve always been treated well here at the Clearwater branch. Evy has been helping me for 2 years now and has never let me down. Dannie is newer to the team but just as nice and friendly, look forward to seeing you guys tomorrow. Thank you for everything you guys do for me.

  I have been banking with this Credit Union and they have always the best rates for car loans. Evaristo is the person who is always there helping with my needs and when something goes wrong. He fix the problem and in addition gives me advise so I do not have the same issue again. Kudos to Evaristo!!!

  Wasn't able to access online banking . Alex Pagan at the Clearwater branch called me and got it right up and going for me . Great customer service . Thank you Alex

  Laurie was extremely helpful with getting a personal loan for my car repairs! She made the process very quick and painless. I was more than pleased, she was charismatic and personable! She also gave me some good tips to help me navigate my situation. I love my credit union, all of them are great people always eager to help!

  Applied for a boat loan and did not receive any email confirmation that I applied. Called the office and waited on hold for 40 minutes. Got through to a lady who told me she didn't see that I applied. Transferred me to a loan officer who was able to see I applied but told me I got denied because I had a mortgage and a car payment. Good to excellent credit score and was not able to secure a $15K boat loan. Unhelpful staff unfortunately.

  Should of read the reviews of this credit union/bank before opening an account. No wonder they have 2 stars. on Yelp and other sites. Customer service is horrible and they are so small they put a hold on a check for 10 days that was from a national bank because they needed to make sure it cleared. In addition, I had to take it to the bank because you are only allowed to deposit up to $1,000 via your phone. It's 2019 and they are way behind in their practices. Avoid this place if you want modern banking conveniences. Just opened this account but will be closing it ASAP!
