  We just closed a loan with Florida United Lending. Let me tell you this has been the fastest and best experience I have ever had with a mortgahe loan. Simple and most importantly Fast to close. We secured a fabulous rate, much much better than any bank or any other lender would quote us in Florida. I highly recommend this company. You will deal directly with the owner and president Mr. Julio Martinez. I can't say enough of how gratified I am to do business with him and his company.   I’m so thankful for having Julio helping me with my refinancing. 2021 was Probably the worst year of my life, February 4, 2021 I lost mother due to Covid and I knew that I was going to deal with a new chapter and obstacles in my life. Probate, mother assets and Of course the refinancing of the house. I was very Overwhelmed and stressed out thinking it was gonna be a very difficult process dealing with my other siblings as well . Julio made it everything but difficult, it was easy it was fast and of course he made me feel very comfortable.. I actually felt like we were family and how he took his time to get to know me was amazing!!..I’m very thankful !!   Florida United Lending Mortgage Company is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is so talented, wonderful, easy to work with, kind, patient with kids, and has a great eye! She has a beautiful, spacious studio in Brentwood, with lots of props and high-end equipment. She is a true artist in every sense. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!
