  I’m not usually one to write reviews but Kevin Hernandez definitely deserves recognition for all his hard work, patience and efficiency. Kevin guided us through our whole loan process, got us the best interest rate possible and we were able to close in just three weeks. I had a few bumps on the road due to previous debt but Kevin went above and beyond to correct everything and make sure the process was as smooth as possible.   I'm sure that when I'm laid to rest, heaven will look a lot like Florida Home Trust Mortgage. When I walked into the office, it wasn't a person, but a mortgage angel, Kevin Hernandez, who came to greet me. As I stared into the deep rich mahogany of his eyes he listed my mortgage options and prospects. I'm not sure if I'm still lost in that dream as I read over my low interest rate and payments.
