  Probably the worst bank for corporate customers with promises unfulfilled. First claims to do large amounts of acquisition financing, then when they get the clients name, they somehow "know them" and will "pass on this opportunity" without giving any explanation of their services or products that is available in the industry.

  I've had great personal experiences with this bank and the entire staff. They are one of the few remaining businesses that makes me feel sincerely welcome and valued. Also the app is great, allows me to deposit checks remotely with photos.

  I had a great experience with Felipe Ferreira. He worked with me on a construction loan. He was always very informative and thorough with everything. He was direct with how the process works, unlike other banks that keep the process going and constantly ask for more and more paperwork with no guarantee of approval. With Felipe he asked for all the paperwork upfront to avoid delays and confusion. I would definitely recommend working with Felipe for construction loan needs. He's amazing!

  Made it very difficult for me to pay off my auto loan early. Took 4 days of constant calls. I hope the $12 additional interest from delaying 4 days is worth the 2 star review.

  Today, my husband stopped by to cash a small check at this location. As the teller explained to him the bank policy for non account customers, the manager asked if there was a problem. She was rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to open an account at this location.

  I opened a checking account today in less then 20 minutes. By the time I walked out of the bank I had deposited money in my new account and been given a new debit card...Definitely worth switching to this bank for the impact it has on the environment and ease of service :)

  I love this bank! Not just because they have organic coffee and fruit and cookies in the lobby but their fees are lower and their staff is friendly and efficient.
