  I had made an attempt to refinance about a year ago with an online lender and it was a total disaster. We had a friend tell us about Flat Branch and how great the process was with them, so we gave it another try. I'm so happy we did the process with flat branch was easy and I never felt pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Thanks again for a great home loan experience!

  Very professional and extremely easy to work with. Carrie and Angie answered every question I had and did a great job on keeping me informed during every phase of the process.   Flatbranch Neosho (specifically Sam, Neil, and Becca) is a great place to work with. They were all extremely friendly and easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable throughout the entire financing process and were very patient. They made me feel like a priority and they went the extra mile to make sure that the financing would go through before we even put an offer in on a house. Now we have our forever family dream home!

  Buying a home for the first time can be stressful. Sam and his team made it seem like the easiest transaction ever! They jumped through hoops and bent backwards to make it happen. I do highly recommend that you bring your business to Flat Branch in Neosho!!!
