  Crystal and Sara are both very knowledgeable and always willing and ready to answer any questions that you might have. I appreciated that they always kept me updated on where I was in the loan process. Both of the ladies are incredibly detail oriented which put my control-freak soul at ease.   Kelle Walters with Flat Branch Home Loans in Columbia, MO was absolutely amazing. I like to think we had a Power Woman team for our home purchase. Kelle was kind, quick, thorough, and was even able to help us overcome some unexpected complications by closing 15 days EARLY! She was always available to answer questions and the majority of our transaction was able to be completed via email/phone. She was also AWESOME in person, very friendly, and very funny. For our next home purchase we will definitely be using Kelle, and I've recommended her to all my friends and family for their future loan needs. Working with Kelle was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend her enough.

  Do not allow them to write you your home owner insurance through freedom mutual out of Linn you’ll find out very quick that there buddy buddy with an insurance company who won’t fix your home. Called the insurance company found out they had a fm100 clause said we didn’t know anything about it he goes did you guys use flat branch home loans because Ross writes that in on every policy he sends us. Thanks a lot flat branch for the great insurance and convincing us that there where better rates on insurance out there!!!!

  We moved and purchased from out of state. This team took the stress and worries away with communication and team work. Tom Stone and team were top notch in helping us complete our move. We will consider calling them again the next time we need to move.

  I would highly recommend FB loan if you are first time buyer. Friendly and helpful staffs. Loan officer was great. She explained every single detail and made sure everything goes smoothly during the process. Even helped us locking in a great rate. They send you useful mail explaining mortgage status, yearly review.
