  My husband & I closed on our home with the assistance of Flat Branch Home Loans (11780 Manchester Rd.) Andrew Biro and his team were amazing! As first time home owners, the process can be very intimidating, especially seeing as we were new parents at the time.   It's been a little over a year since Andrew Biro and his team at flat branch mortgage helped me buy my home. And I still would give them 10 stars if I could. Andrew Biro not only helped me through the process, but he also gave me helpful hints over the year to keep me ahead and help pay my mortgage off early.   Andrew Biro handled two home loans for me at the DesPere location, and I would highly recommend him. In addition to a strong knowledge base regarding the financial process and best rates, he makes himself available and answers phone calls and texts the same day-including on weekends!
