  This is a fantastic bank. All the tellers at this Des Peres branch are extremely friendly and helpful. The manager, Meghan, does a great job at running the ship and isn't afraid to jump in and act as a teller so that customers don't have to wait in line. I've even closed other accounts with annoying national banks in order to move the funds to this institution. A+

  We have been to several of the Central Banks in St. Louis and Kendra D. has provided us exemplary customer service. She always greets us with a smile and is ready to help us with all of our banking needs.

  I had a GREAT experience at Central Bank. I came to open a checking account for myself and a savings account for my son. Alex helped me choose one of their new accounts called MaxMoney. There are so many benefits. The branch manager Megan even came to introduce herself and the teller Meagan helped with depositing my money. All around a great experience and I am happy to start banking here. Thanks!!

  I visited this location with the intent of setting up a new account since I’ve had a few problems with the previous bank I was using, and a younger gentleman named Alex helped me. He was very courteous and insightful throughout the entire process and even helped me better understand a few things I was confused about! I definitely recommend not only using this bank but this location specifically, especially if you desire excellent (and also very prompt) customer service!

  Kendra DeVault is devine! She helped me straighten out Online banking in a friendly efficient manner! I am 3rd generation to bank at Central bank, formerly First National Bank of St louis. It's employees like Kendra that keep me coming back.
