  So... I Had to add my fiancé to my the account to make it our account. The Financial Specialist that had helped us was great. Awesome personality and very polite. The transition went very smooth and easy.

  I don’t think anyone should bank here. Poor customer service, their online and mobile technology is extremely behind the curve, and most of all-ridiculous fees that other banks do not charge their customers. Specifically; a $10 monthly maintenance fee, $5.00 Non Flagstar ATM fee, etc. and on top of charging someone $36 dollars in overdraft—Flagstar charges their customers $6.00 each and every day the account is negative. Not all of those ‘fees’ are common practice among other banks and credit unions—beware!! I would also recommend that Paola’s Managers investigate her customer service abilities and would encourage them to listen to her handle a phone call from an upset client. I clearly left more unhappy and more frustrated after engaging with her. She was rude, disrespectful and lacked even the courtesy to let me finish my sentences. I feel sorry for any Wells Fargo customers you might have left. I’m closing my account and warning every person I am able to to avoid Flagstar.

  I come to this location almost every day, the employees are friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go that extra mile to take care of you. Always greeted with a smile and quick transactions. If you want to choose a bank for business or personal in Fort Wayne, this is the one to go to. Leslie, Brice, Latoda, Khin... All the employees are amazing. Thank you for making banking actually enjoyable.

  The young man was very personable, took my personal information and had me set up in no time. In and out within 15 minutes. Very helpful and friendly. Great place to bank.

  There is no way I will ever do business with this place or accept their checks from their customers. The tall scrony bleach blonde with stragly hair is rude!
