Ashley Bell1Went to this branch several times in the past. First 2 times trying to change my name on my account and my card, waited over half hour each time and the issue was never resolved. Had to go to another location (South Bend) to get it straightened out. Another time, Went to deposit my payroll check and they put a hold on it without telling me! The teller tried telling me I needed to tell them it was a payroll check even when the check said payroll on it. If it wasn’t for me checking my account online when I left I wouldn’t have had access to my own money! This branch needs improvement…..

Susan Hawn-smith1Stopped at this branch to make a deposit and get change. Jana requested my ID. I asked why I needed ID to make a deposit and was told I didn't have a relationship with Wells Fargo. I'm confused...I thought having business and personal checking and savings accounts implied some sort of "relationship"!!! Either Jana needs some training or I need a new bank. In all fairness this is the first negative encounter I have had at a a Wells Fargo bank and I have used many branches throughout the country. Very surprising and disappointing.

Beth Feral Makeup1The new flagstar bank replaced wells fargo and I had NO IDEA THEY WERE COMING. I was give no sorr of info on this new bank and I am highly upset I have been with wells fargo for a decade. I went into this new “flagstar” bank today and the lines were terrible stood there for 40 mins and still didnt get waited on. Everything was down, ATM, mobile banking, online banking. Next time I go in my only goal is to close My accounts and switch banks I suggest everyone do the same.

Brian Taulbee1switched banks because of all there problems had a car loan with them and went online and paid balance plus to be sure. I know owe them a penny called and the banker told me to send a penny. So ill send a dollar to cover interest

Derek McIntosh10 STARS. The absolute worst customer experience of my entire life. I have now requested my checking account be closed on 3 separate occasions. I can't e-sign? I can't request via phone, email, or fax? I can't make a payment while I have the branch manager on the phone? I guess I'll just go to the print shop, my new bank, and run by the post office while I'm at it. I need to miss work in order to close a checking account with your disgraceful organization? What a joke.

Amers Scooter1Precious Wells Fargo client for years! They bought WF and I am overseas with no working debit card and have spent over 300 dollars in phone calls to just sit on hold for hours! Absolutely horrible customer service- no client should have to wait on hold for 2-4 hours to reach someone. Flagstar you should be ashamed of yourself!

Boomala Boomala5One of the better banks in Laporte. Very friendly and helpful. Easy access in the Drive-Thru. ATMs allow for cash deposits. You can't ask for much better

James1Was a Wells Fargo member for almost 20 years. Once the transition was made to Flagstar it became a joke. If you call them locally. They never answer. I gave up and went with Centier. A much better bank imo.

Oisin Dietrich5Yes when they switched from Welsfargo it was a mess! I'm so happy with my decision to stay. Every teller is extremely helpful. Steve is great he is a banker you can trust witch not alot of them you can say that about. I highly recommend.

Brian Lee1Who tf doesnt take change more than 10 rolls and doesn't have a coin counter.... These guys. It is money...currency... The thing thats make this world go round..... Time for a new bank. One that actually takes change and can keep ppls accounts correct instead of messing them up too. Im goin back to Horizon. Wells Fargo was better.
