  By far the worst and most disorganized bank I've ever been to. Avoid this bank at all costs. Something as simple as cashing a check that was issued by this bank has turned into a joke. Avoid this bank. They really don't have any idea on what there doing.

  I have been with this bank for like 2 years I really love this bank and all the people that work in it they are very polite and nice and very helpful my grandpa and grandma has been with this bank for over 25 years they really love it and if you ever have a problem with one of your accounts just call them up or go in and they will address all of your needs I highly recommend this bank to everybody. Way to go Fifth Third Bank for being a awesome bank.

  Fifth third is the absolutely worst bank I’ve ever been with. Right now I can’t get into my own account even after having “help”. So now with covid going on, I’ll have to go IN PERSON to figure out why I can’t log into my account. On top of that, they keep over drafting me even though I’ve had over draft turned off this entire time.

  Service at the La Porte branch has always been excellent. Checked out several financial institutions here, and Fifth Third met our needs best. Have been quite satisfied.

  worst bank ever!!! Horrible customer service and the branch manager likes to play games with people.. this is what happens when you bank with large banks!!!! Local credit union and smaller banks give the attention and needs that a customer requires!

  After having to pay to cash MY paycheck at MY bank, they then deposited it into a closed account. I was then told i have to wait 5 days to get my money back. Second time something like this has happened.

  $56 to cash my stimulus check at my own bank that I've been at over 7 years with weekly direct deposit. Ridiculous!

  My husband and I just left from there from waiting in the drivethru for about 10 mins. This place is supposed to close at 5:30pm but clearly customer service does not come first since they had the audacity to close the drivethru while there was a line of cars and it was only 5:20pm. Terrible service and just rude.

  Always great service when I come in, the tellers are polite and attentive. On the more busy days they still do their best to manage both their window and counter.
