Cynthia Wallner1I have been unable to use my account 3 weeks because of a assistant bank manager error. I have to file complaints against the manager and assistant manager at this branch. Multiple issues 1st..lol takes 2 hours to open a business checking account here..for... some reason 2 times for both dba accounts 2 hours each......the reason is because Jean has no clue what she is doing . This entire staff needs to be trained. I'm out of 1 account I can't use for about 30 days because...well they didn't do that task I called and asked to be done 2 months ago. I also had to wait about an extra month for the free 500 bonus for opening a business checking account. The reason..after.. calling 4x to see if anything needed to be done was: Jean forgot to put the promo code in. This branch is horrible ...every other flag star bank is great super fast knowledgeable....not the brighton location. The entire staff needs to be trained. I'm out of using my main bank account and about 749 dollars because of the bank assistant managers error. Lol the funniest part is ..they made it worse by authorizing a 2nd payment without my permission...lol as an attempt to fix there first mistake. I call the corporate line after this review to complain. Do not use this branch for any account openings..loans....refinance...cause it will most likely get messed up .

Brittany Breece5I've never had to wait in line at this branch. Whenever I call tellers are friendly and do their best to help with any questions I might have. Living in New Hudson I drive to Brighton to work with the employees at this location.

Cynthia Wallner1Everytime I come here empty lobby yet 15 minutes at least to stand in line. I just walked out after 15 minutes unranked on a Friday afternoon. Ridiculous this isn't the 1st time. I will be now using all other branched but this 1

MsTami681If I could give them a -10 I would. I have had accounts at Flagstar for years. I always run my checking low and have a healthy balance in my savings. Have had alerts set up so if my checking got below $300 I would receive a text alert. Well, with one of their banking system updates my alerts were blown out and over this past weekend I was billed almost $100 for the bank to electronically transfer money from my savings to my checking. When I called and inquired, they refused to refund my money. If it had been at all my fault, I could understand. However, that was not the case. This is theft as far as I am concerned. Consumer beware!!!
