Mike Shepard5The staff at this branch is hands-down the most friendly staff and ever come across. The staff at this location makes this location seem like a friendly atmosphere they even know who I am every time I walk in so I don't even have to show my ID which is rare these days that they take the time to get to know you personally and are better able to help you with your banking needs by knowing you.

Brenda Thomas1Worst Flagstar location there is. It took me over an hour just to get help with an account, and it took them three separate times sending me a card in the mail. When I would call, weeks after I was suppose to get it they would blow me off and tell me just to keep waiting. I had to go to another bank for any help until I finally just never went back to this location.
