  Not enough tellers and the customer service people who help people are Rude You have to have appointments and if not forget it even if there is no customers there. Now I know why people are going to credit unions. I was with standard federal and Lasalle before Bank of American took over and Bank of America will never have their good customer service

  I tried to get someone to help me but they said they were to busy but they were not with anyone. I am changing banks.

  If I could give the branch less than 1 star I would. This branch does what they want. One day there are open the next few weeks or months they are not. Can’t get money out the atms often says atm unavailable. Smh. I have to go to a whole other branch like five miles away just to go INSIDE the branch. People do still need to go INSIDE the branch!! You can’t do everything through the atm! It’s just giving tacky at this point. Thought it was due to covid but y’all been tacky for going on two years! Like this is horrible to be a BANK OF AMERICA!

  Went to this location to deposit cash in my daughters bank account and was told that I couldn't because of fraud never thought it would be fraudulent to deposit cash in a bank account, I really felt like a criminal and that I was being profiled, my driver license was shown swiped and a checked with a ultra violet light. A horrible experience.

  I was $3.27 over drawn because of a foreign ATM transaction and they charged me $35.00. I’m working a full time job and that $35.00 is worth more to me than it is to them, I went to this branch and nobody had any helpful advice and there was “nothing they can do”. Okay BofA keep my $35 but I won’t be banking there anymore.

  The ladys at the desk are very nice but last time i had to wait in line for 15 mins while everybody pretended to be busy but other then the wait sometimes i like this branch 👍👍👍👍

  It was my bank,there was new old lady she work there as personal banker,she does not care about customer she treatment and my wife badly she did not take care of us
