  Eric Menken from Flagstar Livonia was my loan officer for my first home. I truly enjoyed working with him. He was available days, nights and weekends to answer any questions that I had. He made the process easy and helped guide me through such a monumental time in my life. I recommend him 100%.

  I do not normally write reviews, however the customer service I recently received from flagstar at this location can not go unnoticed. I went through a headache with my account due to some outside cirmcustances and Gina was seriously a godsend to me! She was so helpful, accommodating and resolved my issue in a manner that really I can't thank her for enough! Thanks Gina, you're awesome!

  Poor!! Almost 20 minutes for a simple deposit. No one was in line at the drive thru. I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and that was after pushing the call button twice!
