  Ray Cela assisted me with my mortgage. I can't say enough nice things about him. He made my mortgage work in these crazy times. I ended up getting a gift from Flagstar and brought $0 to closing. I'm beyond happy. Thank you!!

  A bunch of low-life crooks. Absolutely incompetent workers at this branch and the manager couldn't be more useless. Be careful going to this den of thieves.

  I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff upon my arrival. I will avoid this branch even though its the closest location to my house. In fact, this is the last straw with FSB, I'm going change mortgage lenders.

  Did not greet me when I came in. When I wanted to withdraw some cash, teller was very rude and had a nasty look on her face (Nada yousif). She also was mocking the fact that I was withdrawing cash even though I had a debit card. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming again.

  Branch manager Jared is super rude, they open the branch with no tellers, manager makes customers wait while he sits at his computer and does NOTHING.... I am not the only one here waiting and i just need to make a withdrawal.
