  I was very disappointed by the service at this branch. I had someone hack into my account, the bank caught it right away, which was great. The problem came in after we had discontinued my debit card and ordered a new one. They had told me it would take 4-6 weeks and gave me an ATM card to use in the mean time, inconvenient, but okay, I can live on cash for a month. 8 weeks go by and still no card, I go into this branch, a little nervous because I was going out of town the following week and needed my debit card. They told me at the branch that there was a mistake and the new debit card had never been ordered. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to wait another 4-6 weeks. Even after asking if they could over night me a card, they responded that they didn't have that option and that I can always use my ATM card to take out cash anywhere. 🙄 I couldn't wait another month and instead opened an account at TCF who printed my out a debit card on the spot. I won't be back to Flagstar.

  The people that work at the Fenton branch are awesome. They make your banking a lot easier and more personable. I like going to a bank where your not just another number. They treat you like a person should be treated.
