  I walked In and no one greeted me. They were most likely irritated that I walked in 20 mins before they closed. One of the men that was sitting at the desk said something about locking the doors. Made me feel super uncomfortable to make a transaction at that time.

  So, the atm outside gets our card gets stuck and won’t come out. This has happened about 10 times. Will they ever fix this?? It’s annoying especially when people are honking at you wanting you to hurry up when it’s stuck in the machine. I wish them to fix this immediately, otherwise a good bank.

  This bank has zero customer service. I would not put my money with them even if they were offering an interest rate of 5%. Bank of America is next door would choose their branch.

  Great branch. I don’t do a lot of in branch banking but when I do it is taken care of professionally and efficiently. The manager Angela is fantastic.
