  I was very pleased stopping by this branch. I walked in hesitant and by the time I left I knew I was in good hands. Sema and Andre were the two people that assisted me and they were awesome! They were attentive to my needs and made me feel at ease from the minute I walked through the door.

  I not only have my personal accounts but my business and retirement through fifth third as well. I drive from Armada to this location passing 2 other closer locations on my way specifically Because of the quality and professionalism I receive at this branch. The VP and his staff are absolutely amazing and has always gone above and beyond to meet my business needs. If customers are uncomfortable maybe they should use the drive through and not use a google review as a platform to express their frustrations with Covid-19. If the Manager was changed or how this branch operates I would close my accounts with Fifth Third and take by business elsewhere.

  I love this bank. The staff is so kind and helpful. All through covid they were much kinder than other financial institutions I'd visited. The branch manager is always friendly and personable!

  Even know I been cashing my checks from the same company I work for for the last 6 months they made me wait 2 weeks with no explanation if you have bills don't get fith third cause they will destroy your credit if you have bills that are due and they want to play there stupid games once my money hits I'm draining my account and canceling worst bank in the world
