  I was recommended to work with Nick through a friend, and found the entire experience positive. Nick is thorough and patient. It was my first time buying a house and Nick took the time to speak with me about what I was looking for and recommended different mortgage options. He was always open to taking calls if I had questions, or called me back promptly if he was unavailable. In the end he found a mortgage that was exactly what I wanted and we closed quickly with no delays on our end. Thanks again Nick!

  I have had the opportunity to work with Nick several times. He always has been great at finding the financing necessary for me in the past. His calm demeanor is always so reassuring. This last time he was a miracle worker, a consultant, and a therapist. Not only did he lock in amazing financing for a rental property he helped me through a really dirty deal that took 6 months to close. I would choose 10 stars if I could!

  I am writing this as a retrospective of many projects vetted and lost but ultimately gained and I can say that Nick helped immensely on the process of understanding from a financial and a functional side how to execute. Now I have a multi occupant property that would never have happened without his guidance and want to communicate to others that he had my best interest at heart throughout the entire process and I was ultimately able to execute effectively. I would refer him to family and friends in the future.

  Nick was a pleasure to work with. A lot of problems came up during escrow - unrelated to Nick and financing - yet he was always available to answer an e-mail or call to lend me advice or explain something to me. He was calming and able to educate me on many matters and I am extremely grateful to have had him put in the extra effort to make my experience as best as it could be.   I began looking for houses in October of 2019. For a full month I reached out to over 20 Mortgage Brokers, as I am annoyingly thorough. Looking for an investment property, I knew that I needed someone on my team that knew the numbers, the market, and how to close a deal. Eventually I stumbled upon Nick Lekas. A lot of the mortgage brokers and lenders I spoke to told me that the "deal" I wanted didn't exist or would get funded. However, Nick told me that it would be difficult but possible. Despite being in a 12 hour time difference (I was in Kuwait at the time) Nick was incredibly easy to get ahold of. Over the next 5 months I reviewed around 120 properties with Nick from a lending perspective and his guidance allowed me to sift through the bad deals. We finally found a property that fit my investment goals. However, due to COVID, my personal income, and VA loan stipulations finding a lender was not going to be easy. Nick worked tirelessly with multiple lenders concurrently to maximize our chances of getting a funded deal. There were numerous mid-escrow obstacles that Nick FLAWLESSLY navigated. His proficiency in all areas of lending ensured that the deal closed on a very quick escrow timeline. At the end, we secured a 1.14 million dollar VA loan for a triplex that cash flowed on day one! Whether you are a new or experienced investor I give Nick Lekas my highest recommendation and I intend on using his services again.

  MADE THE MONEY PART EASY AND STRESSFREE!
