  It was a little stressful in the beginning as I assume it would be for anyone having to take out a home loan for the first time, but I have to say Tom did a great job explaining and walking me through the process, very transparent, stand up guy who shows integrity in his profession. Tom was honest, direct and in the end, I got everything as promised unlike all the others. Tom took one of the hardest things to do in life and made it easy and way less overwhelming than I thought it would be. Not only is he professional and courteous but he is PATIENT! I called him a lot! A lot every single day and he was always nice. You could hear it in his voice. He never once seemed exasperated with all my questions and concerns! If you are looking for someone to ease you into a home purchase and make it more fun and enjoyable in experience, Tom is the guy! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase, whether it be your first home or 5th home! He is awesome! Highly recommended! Great loan officer working for a legitimate mortgage company!

  Excellent service from Tom Jessop and Leslie Jenson at New American throughout the loan and purchasing process. Not only was the whole team responsive, they were encouraging, clear, non-judgmental and kind as well. We closed on our home despite some obstacles (self employment with less-than-perfect.credit), which would have derailed traditional lenders early in the process. Now we are enjoying our new home and finally left the rental market.behind. A+ service from pre-approval to closing the deal..good job guys, and thank you.

  Our home "shopping" process lasted an entire year- including multiple offers and two different rounds of escrow. The Moore Team was always communicative and patient throughout the process and was very helpful in working with our agents as well as the selling agents to help with our offers (and eventually our purchase).
