  I remember when I first started a account with the credit union 10-15 years ago at the branch in Eufaula, Al. The customer service could not be touch! I deal with 3 different banks/ credit unions and FIVE STAR CREDIT UNION (as a whole, not speaking in reference to this location in particular) has the worst customer service EVER! They don’t value the customers AT ALL. Just poor everything. Can’t get a call back, answer about anything. Every single 1 needs to be closed! Periodt! Just awful. Beware when you get loans from them cause they will add on coverage that you probably don’t need, READ READ READ YOUR PAPERS..

  My husband and I have been customers since this 5☆ opened in Cedar Springs,Ga. I have tried 2 days and have left my # and a voice mail. No one answers the phone at all or bothers to call us back! I've held on 10 min. Each time! We've tried all 3 locations,Al. AND Ga.What has happened to your Customer Service! James W and Sheila Whitehead Headland

  I went in for the first time today. This isn’t my main bank account so I don’t carry my card with me, which is why I went inside. Hoping for a person! There are two computers and two people in an office. One of the computers was down so only one work. One of the ladies was on the phone and the other with a customer. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THIS IS NO HELP! I pulled up the app and found part of my number and had to wait to asked if that would work, she told what to put in. Didn’t work. I just gave up. I’ll be going to my main bank from now on. Lesson learn, just because it’s closer doesn’t mean it will be of any help to you!

  3% fee to cash a five star check? That's criminal. Won't be accepting any checks from this bank EVER.

  It is one thing after another with five star as a whole...can't complain one bit with the team at this branch they by far do there best for me...however I have been waiting on 2 CARDS for a month...I get feed if the move any money from MY savings to checking and I was given a over draft fee when I had the money in the savings account, the team at this branch fought tooth and nail to fix that, however five star as a whole is really losing my interest

  Bad Customer service been having an on going problem about a refund since February 2021. I have wasted hours over the phone and they dont seem to care about trying to actually help.
