      I’ve waited as long as I could before making this post. I’d hoped to have heard from someone by now to give me an update on my taxes after submitting them months ago. Unfortunately, their services and customer service has gone completely downhill. In previous years being a client, they’ve been great. This year? I’ve waited months to get my taxes done (still not done!!) and no one returns my calls or emails. When I do finally get ahold of someone, they blame everything on Covid!! Give me a break! Stop using Covid for your constant excuses (which is not a thing anymore) and do your job! I also shouldn’t have to pay full price (which they’ve doubled their prices) for these appalling services! I will no longer be using this overpriced business.

      Poor service, they do not care for their customers. They raise prices most every year and their services are not commensurate. They have delayed my tax filings for over a year with excuses that made no sense and eventually refused to return my phone calls. Do not use this service !! They now have recently (June 2022) responded and prepared my 2020 tax returns and e-filed it to IRS after receiving a postal service letter from me. Excuses begat more excuses....so have they gotten their act together ? Stay tuned.

      Do not go to her. She literally misfiled my mother in laws taxes and took zero responsibility. Please stay away from her. She should have her license revoked. The state was notified from our new accountant who was mortified by her work.

      Not only did Pamela fail to do her job properly, costing my aging parents hundreds in penalties and a great deal undue stress, she lied to the CPA who had to clean up her mess and she refused to return calls. Incredibly unprofessional. I would highly suggest you find an alternative accountant.

      Pamela and her team are the best! I've been her client as of 2015 and I've been extremely pleased with their work.
