      outrageously expensive. don't feel like they did everything they could have to maximize my return either. going turbo tax by myself next year and save $200+ this is why small businesses goes out of business. hard to give them your money all the time when they overcharge so much. more understandable at, say a grocery store, where there's overhead and whatnot, but there's no reason they should charge as much as they do. pricing of everything in this country steady goes up, yet salaries don't. gotta love when companies put profits over people.

Not only did they wrongly file information they over charged for services I did not ask for, and are clearly unnecessary. 50 dollar charge for a comparison of taxes in the last two years? Extremely unprofessional and highly recommend staying clear they will rip you off for terrible work.
