  10/10 would Recommemd Rossell Agency. Especially Paige! We have been with them for 5 years. From rental insurance, to car, to hone owners insurance. Paige has always went above and beyond to help us as we progress through life. They have been able to beat every quote from any other insurance company. Even if they didn’t their family oriented business ways make them stand out from other agency’s! Thank you for being the best at what you do! Greatful, The whole Richmond family!

  Has the BEST experience working with Paige Wengren at the Rossell Agency. She made my process so easy and didn’t feel like I was being forced into anything, which I have gotten with other companies in the past.   Best insurance company there is! Paige Wengren was spectacular to work with, she was so helpful & kind in every situation we were working on. She was extremely easy to work with, and that’s hard to find in insurance companies! I would recommend this company & Paige to anyone and everyone.

  Customer service starts from your very first interaction. I'm not sure if there is some new staff, but the front desk gals were exceptionally pleasant and directed me to the appropriate agent. Working with Paige made the process of reassigning my insurance a breeze. She explained each of my policies and helped get everything squared away. I've since come back to her for my life insurance in addition to my rental and car policy. It's always a breath of fresh air when someone helps make a sometimes complicated process and simplifies it all with a warm approach. Thanks guys!

  I am so glad that I finally wised up and switched insurance carriers . I finally found an insurance agent who cares about actually meeting the needs of her client as well as saving me money . Amanda not only set me up with a carrier that saved me money but then when my rates went up she took it upon herself to find a different carrier that not only provided the same protection but saved me money ! Thank you Amanda for taking customer service to a whole new level!
