  Five stars for Tina Rodriguez for helping my mom and me establish power of attorney. After four visits to another SSFCU location and getting the run around, we finally visited this location and worked with Tina. She was thorough, pleasant and absolutely amazing. She stayed with us through the entire process, including legal review of the documents and helped with a transaction we needed to complete. She was patient and answered all our questions. She was a delight to work with. Thanks Tina!

  Rachna was extremely helpful with my needs. The time I walked in and opened a new bank account was quick and easy. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the process of transferring my funds and being able to start using my new account.

  I was lucky enough to be helped by Rachna today she was so helpful and was able to help me with everything I needed. Since the branch lobby been closed I hate going to the drive-through unless I really have too but today was worth the wait because I was treated very nicely and she was so patient with me.   Speed wise, they're comparable with any other bank. However every single time I've gone into this branch of Security Service whether it be in the lobby or through the drive-through, my transaction requests have been processed incorrectly. I started going to a different branch in order to get these transactions processed correctly. This branch caused me to miss to loan payments because they processed the transaction incorrectly and I didn't catch it. Good thing I'm on good standings with my bank and they knew it was just a mistake on Security Service's part.

  I would like to give kudos to Tina Rodriguez with this branch. She answers the phone with a smile....you can just hear it. She works hard to make sure you are a satisfied customer. She is thorough in work and makes you feel like you are a name, not a number. She gets 5 gold stars!!

  Janessa Becerra is so awesome! She was such an awesome help! Answered every question I had. Literally walked me through what I needed! She was such a stress reliever and very patient with me.
