  Hilga, Olga and the other gentleman that work here are always so nice to me. I feel welcomed coming here alone and with my kids. Always fair prices and I never feel like I’m not getting a fair price. If you live in the northeast please do yourself a favor and come here.

  This place is so amazing!! Super clean. Everyone is super friendly, attentive extremely patient and helpful . Very knowledgeable on their items. Amazing quality items. There is a female in particular, which im so sorry to not remember her name, but she was so helpful with finding the perfect ring. Thank you all. I will definitely be returning and also recommend you to everyone.

  I have been pawning things for quite a few years here in el paso and I continue to go to this location based off positive staff encounters as well as getting the most money I need when i'm in a bind.

  Best pawn shop in the northeast. Military friendly. They give the best cash payout for items. Friendly atmosphere especially when they play Micheal Jackson. The whole team is awesome Mr. Chris , Mrs Susana, Mrs, Helga, Mrs, Olga and Mr. Enrique thank you for what you do.

  I've been to several, competing pawn shops in my area.. By far this pawn store cast has knocked customer relations out of the ball park. Very knowledgeable with merchandise, the way its suppose to be, and super great attitudes & personalities.

  One of the best "Benny's" pawn shops in El Paso. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and they have a relatively large inventory. The other Benny's pawn shops should send their employee's to this location for training, to show them how to treat their customers properly. I've had to write 1 star reviews for two separate Benny's locations because of rude employee's.
