  Dale Prisk was great to work with. After bumbling around with a couple other entities—Dale quickly got me on track with a to-do list and proactively mentored me on the home-buying process. I had been having trouble finding someone who understood how to navigate the idiosyncrasies of using a VA loan—but Dale brilliantly led the way. My situation was a bit complicated because I was buying a house that was mid-remodel -- and that created uncertainty in the appraisal valuation. Never-the-less, Dale’s expert guidance led to a closing two months ahead of my goal! I appreciated that he made time for me when I stopped by his office – and he always returned my text-message or emailed questions promptly – often late at night! I would highly recommend Dale/Pacific Union Financial to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  I had tried other lenders over the years and stumbled on Dale. I'm so glad I did because when we connected the first time, it was a breeze to communicate with him. He took the time to understand what I needed and was easy to work with. He was always in touch through every step of the process and made buying a home a great experience.   When I thought there would be no options for us to put an offer in on a house that matched most of our criteria, Dale put his thinking cap on and went to work to get creative with how we could process the loan.   I went to Dale Prisk after a large bank denied my loan. He explained the process to me in depth the first time we talked and always kept me informed of each process and what was going to happen during it. I've purchased 2 homes prior and have never worked with anyone with so much knowledge. He is very personal and is always there to answer any questions that may come up. I really enjoyed working with him and if I ever need another mortgage he will be my first call

  I went to Dale Prisk after another lender had dragged out my loan for months, not followed deadlines and almost caused my husband and I to lose out on purchasing the home we loved. In a matter of a few short weeks Dale turned it around for us, not only bringing us easily to close but closing early! Dale went above and beyond to make sure the whole experience was easy to understand, and also to be available whenever I had a question.   Dale and and everyone at Pacific Union Financial did an excellent job with our loan. Went through every step with us helping us get the best deal and was a great source for all of our questions.   We had a great experience working with Dale. Due to very busy schedules ~ we were able to do 90% of our mortgage process through emails with Dale. Everything went very smooth and Dale was always available to answer questions and get us answers. He is great. Thanks Dale!

  We were recommended to Pacific Union by our Credit Union. We were looking for a certain type of loan that our bank couldn't offer. From the very first phone call, I was impressed with them. As first time home-buyers we had a LOT of questions. Eric and Dawn would respond to most all of them within a day or two. We didn't work with a realtor which presented a whole new batch of questions and again, they always answered our questions. Buying a house is not an easy process and there were definite frustrations along the way but it was nice to be able to count on Eric and his team.

  I simply cannot recommend Dale enough. I was a nervous buyer who wanted to know everything! And Dale was ALWAYS patient and responsive and never made me feel like I was a nuisance.
