  Empire of America is great to work with - much faster with other lenders. Very easy to price out different rates/point options (most lenders are not transparent about "points" at all. David and Stephanie are great to work with. I always price Empire of America first whenever I need a mortgage.

  My husband and I were looking for a quick close on a cash out refinance. They were super fast and took less than 3 weeks. It might have been closer to 2 if it weren't for a letter we were waiting on. Quick to respond to messages and easy to download everything remotely. Wow. Recommended by a friend and doubted their quick closing. Boy was I wrong. Very Impressed. Will work with them again in the future, that's for sure. Keep up the wonderful service and great teamwork David, Stephanie, and the rest of the team.

  Throughout the years, I have had the pleasure of working with Empire of America on multiple occasions. The best in class mortgage company, bar none. Not to say the borrower won't have to lift a finger during the refinance process (regardless which firm you work with), but you can trust Empire of America to make that experience as pleasant as possible. Dave, Stephanie, and team, continue to impress with their knowledge, professionalism, courteousness, and effectiveness. The whole experience just felt so smooth and slick, words I don't often associate with financial service providers ;)

  Purchased my home through Dave and company, service attention and costs were so great that when it was time to refinance we went through Dave again. If you're going to purchase, at least talk to him, he's a straight shooter and his entire staff is full of amazing professionals. 5 stars doesn't begin to describe my experiences with them, and if a time comes when we buy another home, I will be giving Dave a call.

  Great company to do business from refinancing, purchasing new Homes, and cash out refi. I kept going back for more and their prices are better than most competitors.   After having my hand held throughout my first mortgage, I had a nagging feeling I could have gotten a better deal if I had been a little more organized and went with a smaller lender. My experience with Empire America was just that: they would request documents, I would return them quickly, and everything got settled super fast. David Jones would call me to tell me that rates were dropping, or closing costs dropping, and did whatever saved me the most money. I don't have any complaints about how my refinance went, and I got a great rate too!

  I have re-financed homes in the past, which is why I was pleasantly surprised when this time around it went so quickly and smoothly. Everyone was on top of things right from the beginning, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. When my mortgage company tried to add an additional $2,000 charge to the pay-off balance, the Empire team caught it and told me how to go about getting it removed. I am recommending Empire of America to my friends and relatives.

  I have been through a real estate transactions before but this was by far the smoothest. David and Stephanie made the entire mortgage process a breeze. The asked me for few documents, did everything behind the scenes and before I knew it, I was approved for the loan. Their underwriting process was very very smooth. We were ready to close before the closing date and now my wife and I have moved in to the beautiful home. Thank you David / Stephanie !!
