  Ellie was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous and probably drove her crazy with all of my questions. She never faltered or made me feel like I was testing her patience. Ellie was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with honest answers ( good or bad ). I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home!!!

  Ellie was fantastic!!! She helped us so much with our home loan process and was always quick with answering questions and getting paperwork done!   I’ve worked with Ty Wenthold to finance 10 properties over the past 16 years. He is honest and forthright, positive and creative. The most difficult transaction, from my perspective anyway, was the most recent, out-of-state purchase, made more difficult by my transition between jobs. Ty will be your dogged advocate before the loan underwriters. I could not recommend him more highly.

  My spouse and I entered the market to purchase our first home, I was given Derek and Chaley Haffner contact information from my realtor. My realtor used these wonderful people and this financial institution for his own home loan and had great results. At his advice we did so also and wasn’t disappointed, Derek and Chaley are those down to earth people who genuinely mean well and are even inclined to invite to dinner on the town.
