  The sales team at First Texas Homes in Fate Texas are absolutely awesome. Don, loretta, kim, and Trevor.. there is absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They are extremely customer service driven. They pay attention to detail. And they always put our wants and needs first. There has not been a time that myself or my wife has went by the sales office during this process of getting our home built and they were not able to help. They have listened to all of our needs and have always had an answer for everything. We absolutely just love their work atmosphere, their work ethic and their desire to help.   I took my buyers to many new home builders, but I must say , my client's absolutely fell in Love with the ability to totally customize their floor plans with First Texas Homes at Woodcreek . . The community sales Manager , Dawn Reed , is extremely knowledgeable about her product, really took the time to explain the whole process of customizing your home. Dawn is a total professional, really paid attention to what the home buyer truly wanted in a home. What a great experience, for my clients. I deal with so many home builders, First Texas Homes is by far the best and when you have community sales manger's like Dawn Reed leading the way , no wonder why they are head and shoulders above the rest .

  We have always had a wonderful experience with First Texas Homes Woodcreek in Fate Texas. Dawn the sales rep has always given us her undivided attention when we are in the. She gave us the quotes on all the upgrades we wanted. We know going into building our new house that the cost would be more than the base price, just like anything you buy and get upgrades. Our house is coming along great and Dawn and her staff have been wonderful in answering any questions we ask. We will recommend First Texas Homes in Fate to anyone that asks us.

  I’m a Realtor from Coldwell Banker. My client was a first time buyer who was interested in constructing a new home. I heard of Dawn Reed by word of the mouth, she truly knows her stuff.   We fell in love with a floor plan from First Texas Homes in Woodcreek. They were willing to make changes to make it exactly what we wanted. We had completed pre-qualification and were ready to sign a contract. Unfortunately both times we scheduled a meeting so that we could sit down with Dawn she chose to take a personal phone call in the middle of our meeting that lasted several minutes. The second time we just walked out because we had specifically expressed concern that Dawn did not treat us as a valuable customer and it felt like First Texas Homes did not care to sell us the $350,000 home we were hoping to build with them. Really wish this home builder would employ a sales manager that was respectful of other peoples time.

  Dawn is great. She has always given us the time and attention to our inquiries and during meetings. She is very patient with our many work order changes. She is also very proactive; sends us weekly emails with updates of our construction progress. Sometimes you just need to take a personal phone call (you never know what it's about). I'm sure many of us have done this before.

  They didn’t deliver, they extended the contract to 18 months just so people would back out of the contract so they could sell it for more. Terrible!
