  Somethings very wrong. I literally had carefully kept $500 in HPCU about 15 years ago for my daughter's education IRA. And after many years, I finally thought she could withdraw the money for her education expense. And the money had grown to $1200. However, someone in the bank did an unexplained withdrawal of $1400+ (without our authorization!). And they did not miss a beat sending us a warning letter of overdraft asking us to pay the overdraft penalty. Money gone just when we needed, and also coming with a false report. We made a flurry of calls over a month talking to one rep after another but they kept bouncing us from here to there and kept asking who we were. We had to establish our identity several times in each phone call. And this is our own money! They even threw in a dart in the middle saying that the "Oregon Tax Department" has issued a check for withdrawal. We disputed that, and they finally acknowledged that the money is back in the bank. However, in the meantime, we received a letter still stating the $0 balance. So at the end of the month, we still do not have the money. They are probably not even going to read this review. I guess they do not care for their customers.

  Wasn't easy finding this location with all the trees blocked it. But one of the best , fastest, and best customer service one can experience. I didn't had a chance to asked for her name. She was an Asian lady that sat the the ever first desk on the left side of the entrance. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  They are nice to you while you need to open an account. Then they stone wall you!

  worse bank ever they have you waiting 1hrs in the phone for someone answer . they not even help you wen they answer your call they can not even get your car payment . you ask for your balance of you loan and they not even know how much you have left . they ask you for social security to verified is you the owner of the account . and later they said we can not find you even you give all you information . never ones ask for you act number. I give this bank no star they don't even deserve.

  My first GOOGLE review goes to this excellent Credit Union. I got my home loan here and all my banking needs as well. Excellent service and I am sure gonna stay with them as long as possible. Thanks!

  Worse service ever on my lunch they have 2 people helping 1 customer. If the customer does not speak English then have THAT 1 EMPLOYEE HELP THE CUSTOMER. A.C. isn't working they have 2 worthless machine in the office that makes it muggy couldn't breath they told me I could wait outside. If I could give zero stars I would

  Applied for a small, secured loan with them. Phone rep was extremely rude and refused to provide clarification to my questions. If you’re looking for a loan company, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

  I have been this credit union since 2006 when they were located in San Jose by San Carlos. Love the service but firts time they don’t let a customer use the restroom funny isn’t 🤷🏽‍♂️

  Love this credit union. This location is new and very trendy, but the service is just as great. Lots of outreach in the area as well.

  Great new office, much better than the old one in downtown San Jose. I got great rates on a car loan there!
