  Having refinanced my home multiple times, including investment properties, one of the things that I have been so thankful for is to know Jack and his incredible team. He makes everything so easy, guiding you through everything needed, quickly responding to keep things on track, and making a complex process really straight-forward and simple. On top of this, Jack is able to always find the absolute best rates (rates better than you'll find anywhere else!) In ordinary times what Jack does is extremely impressive. During the pandemic, with all of the changing guidelines and high demand for loan requests given lower interest rates - what he does for his clients has been miraculous. Very, very highly recommend Jack without the slightest moment of hesitation.

  Jack Liu is a great real estate broker. He helped me purchase and refinance a few of properties in the past 8 years. The process was smooth every time. He has great knowledge in real estate market and is able to give good advices on purchases. No matter you would like to purchase your own home or an investment property, he is the person you should talk to.

  He is best in mortgage business. I could close my house because Mr. Jack did extraordinary help. I was stuck with big bank, my loan was not moving forward even though I have really good credit, only 5 days were remaining and then I got to know about Mr Jack and he funded loan within 5 days. I have also refinaced multiple times with him, I am very happy customer. When he says loan will be closed by that date, it is almost certain it will happen by that date, he is that good and process is also very simple.

  Jack has been helping me for the past 15 years, where I've known him to be an extremely trustworthy, dedicated, and professional real estate expert. Everything he does is with the highest level of service, and his response times are always extremely fast. As an example of how incredible Jack and his team are, my husband initiated a home equity line of credit (HELOC) around the same time as one of our refinance requests through Jack's team. Jack's refinance took approximately 2 weeks, from initiation to final doc sign-off! The HELOC? It is still in process and has been 2 months so far. (Bank has told us it will likely be another 30-45 days until sign-off.) Jack's rates are also absolutely incredible. The best in the industry!!

  Jack Liu was my real estate agent and helped me bought my bay area residential house years ago. Last year, he informed me that there is a good rate of 30 year fixed for refi. So, we opted from 15 yr ARM to 30 yr fixed rate. During the process, he is very professional, and patient by providing guidance on each step, and needed relevant documents. And whenever we had questions, he replied timely. As such, the refi is very smooth and we got really good service from Jack with good rate (almost the same as 15 yr rate). We really appreciate Jack's work!
