  Greg B is the loan officer we worked with on 2 different occasions. Both were done seamlessly. He makes the process so easy. Refinancing had been a tense process to go through in the past. Not anymore. Greg answers any and all questions thoroughly. Lists out all documents needed, you can send them to him from home through a secure link and closing is done in your home if you desire. All complete without having to leave home. Highly recommend Greg as your broker.

  Missy Trepel was our loan officer and she is amazing! Not only did she walk us through each step explaining everything about the process, she also presented us with several options to choose from when financing our home. Missy has a lightning quick response time regardless of what time or what day it is. There was one Friday evening in particular I recall getting email responses around 7pm. If you work as a trades person ASK FOR MISSY. She was more than competent handling multiple employers during the borrowing process and didn’t bat an eye at my stockpiles of w2s. If we ever buy another house Missy is where we will take our business.

  Missy is wonderful! She goes above and beyond for her clients. Missy always had a plan of action or answers even when we threw challenges her way. Communication is key especially in the home buying process and Missy was always a short email/call away- her response time was phenomenal. Missy explains everything and walks you through not just the lending process but the whole home buying process. I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about Missy- she was pleasant to work with and I’m glad she was on our team as we bought our home. Thank you Missy!

  What a great experience! Anyone knows the pressure of getting financing, but Greg Bradach was the best. Greg made sure that I received all the benefits that were due to me, we were in constant contact, he was always available, just a text away, any questions I had Greg was very patient with me and made sure before we finished that I was well informed.
