  One word to describe this branch. Incompetent. I spoke to Nora, and she is clueless and has zero basic customer service knowledge. Such a disappointment Chase handles my banking needs. Time to change!

  I can in to see a personal banker and was fortunate to connect with Rebecca Smith. It’s a pleasure to work with someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She hits the Trifecta. I would also add she is patient, and experienced. I drove to this location from Minooka due to NOT getting the service I was seeking. Rebecca saved the day for me, please come ask for her if you have any personal banking needs.

  Legal Bank Robbers is what this organization is. With there bold reasons for taking money out of your account and instead of help they offer nothing but more charges.

  This branch is the worst. Both atms are usually out of commission 5-6 days a week. Waste of time. New solar panels but can’t fix either atm?

  “Express Only” what a crock. As soon as my home purchase finalizes (not thru chase) I’ll be closing my accounts if this how a brick a mortar bank chooses to do business. Might as well bank with an online only bank!

  What a galactic waste of money keeping this "branch" open. You cannot do actual banking here. Not even the drive throughs are open. Sad, because this was once a lovely branch filled with awesome employees that actually recognized customers by name. I remember you guys, and I appreciate and miss you.

  I had been doing business at this branch and last time I stopped they told me they were no longer serving customers and to go the the Rt. 59 branch. I despise that location because the lines are unbearably long and the tellers extremely slow. I'm so frustrated with Chase.

  Very long waits on Saturdays to see a banker. Bank tellers were friendly, but stretched thin thus during high volume, there are waits. Parking lot is accessible, but no public restrooms.

  This location is good, they do not have a coin counter though and now every chase bank makes you have to roll your own coins?? It’s pretty dumb.
