      Waaaaw, where do we start. What an amazing experience through FSCB. They are amazing and would highly recommend doing business with this bank, specially if you are planning on purchasing a home. Loan Officer Ryan Juergens was professional and made the entire process a Stress free experience. He took care of everything. He is smart and knows the in and outs of buying a home. He was able to evaluate our situation and find the best Loan that suits us. Most importantly, he finds solutions for one of the most important purchases in life, a home.       It's a real shame that you guys lie to your customers. I called ahead about my problem and was reassured that there would be no issues and it would all be taken care of easily. . Once I got to my branch location I was told a completely different story. I do not and will not do business with a bank that does not hold up to their word.
