  Incredible customer service. We have begun moving all of our business and personal assets to Bank Midwest because of their responsiveness to our business and personal banking needs. Even though they have the resources of banks like Bank of America, you still get that small town personal banking relationship. Thank you Carson, Kelsey, and Bridget!

  Bank Midwest has been fantastic! We opened a business banking account with them last year, and every time we go to the banking center we are welcomed with a smile. They always answer our questions, and we don't have to wait long at all!

  This was one of my top experiences with any bank, (I have had SEVERAL!!) Carson kept me up to date on whole process and was extremely quick to answer ALL e-mails that were sent to him. Highly recommend this bank!!!!

  I am dissappointed with this bank . Lots of Lees summit banks to choose from that i am sure are more loyal to their customers. We are switching everything out in the next week. This is one of the only times i have ever left negative review.

  We have always had the best experience with this location. They are definitely customer service oriented! They are willing to go the extra mile (every time) when I have found that others are not (again and again). Will definitely keep comping back and using them for our business.
