First State Bank Reviews

Brooke Anderson3I have banked here since high school, but recently moved out of state and started using ally bank. I was in the process of transferring my funds to my new bank account and accidentally over drafted. YES I understand that I over drafted my account and there's fees attached to that during normal circumstances, but its a worldwide pandemic. It's tough right now for everyone and I think it says a lot about a business if they choose not to waive these fees for their customers. My new bank is not charging any fees right now and putting their customers first. Sad.
