  Most things considered pretty decent but I am someone who depends on online banking and the way it’s set up on their website his a horrendous joke absolutely hate everything about it. Try to login can’t you have to change your password again. Get a new security code doesn’t work the first three times. Finally works security question comes up but the right answer is never accepted and locked out of your account….again. It’s the most infuriating way to waste my day. Switching banks asap. Today 5-25-22 called a total of eight times to get my password reset again and nobody would answer “extension 7706 is unavailable” left message. 0 star review worst possible service

  They do certificate for you and you dont Have to have a account with them and when you get a account with them you have to have two proof of address and they are very helpful and and friendly Thanks Citizens credit union

  Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phones, leave a voicemail you’ll be lucky to get a call back. Online inquiry takes 2 days to hear anything back. Worst place I’ve ever done business with.

  Been banking at CCCU for many years and they still don't get things right through the drive thru, not friendly in drive at all, and none of them are personal with calling me by my name after all these years!! Takes a long time through drive thru too! Definitely not my favorite place to bank.

  Awesome place never been happier with a bank. They always look out for me and I've never had a problem with them as I have with other banks I've dealt with in the past.

  Don't ever get a mortgage here. They outsource to a mortgage company called CU Mortgage/ Colonial Savings that has HORRENDOUS customer service. You won't hear from them for weeks and they'll charge you almost 1% percent interest rate more than other banks. It's horrible. The actual bank, CCCU, it self has pretty good customer service. You'll run into a snooty person from time to time but over all pretty good.

  Awesome place to bank with. They were the first an only bank who let me open my own account when I got my first job. An I'm 34 now,if that tells ya anything.
