  Opened a checking account here after visiting Bank of America and the representative told me they (BOA) never answers their phones. I called Southern 4x in one day and they answered every time, almost immediately. Opened the account with ease, no appointment necessary. Even got a free high quality pen! 😊

  I just can’t say enough good things about this bank and the people that work there! Shout out to Brian who made the process of getting a PPP loan simple and fast! They truly care about our community and I can say this for sure because at the time when he helped us through the loan process we were not even customers...I was given a referral by Judy. I was given above and beyond service, never had to wait for answers and anytime I would call or email with a question the turn around time for getting answers was within minutes, literally! We are happy to support this bank with our business and thank you, thank you, thank you!! Professional and quick during a time of chaos!

  I was very disappointed with the service provided by the Owner . On the other note they should finally finish sidewalk repair since it takes 3 months and you can’t park anywhere.
