Stephanie Fowler5I received a preapproved refinance loan information in the mail, and it was just that. My loan officer was Ariane Williams and hands down she is the best. Ariane works very hard to get the job done, we where able to refinance both of our cars. I have moved all my payroll checks to First Service Credit Union, so happy to be a part of a Credit Union that cares. Top employee should go to Ariane Williams.

Jonathan Kelly1I have been with first service credit union for a couple of years now, and at first everything was great. Really good customer service and helpful representatives. However, my recent interactions have really made me upset. I have been a loyal customer, and tried to continue that with applying for a small credit card. The hold time was crazy long and the customer service representative I got on the other line that day was extremely rude. Again I get put on hold to speak with a loan rep. Another 40 minutes to only get another rude person giving me an attitude about certain questions I was asking. I didn't think you guys gave you're customers such a hard time when they are just trying to not only help themselves but continue to do business with you. I give it 1 star due to how inconvenient things have gotten for me and me recent interaction with you guys.

Our longest hold time that day was about 20 minutes, but we realize that is still too long and are working on increasing our Service Center staff to meet our members’ needs. Up until now my visits have been pretty pleasant. I have taken out several loans with this bank in the past with no difficulty. Well I went in to the bank on 2-05-18 to take out a small loan. I met with loan officer Javier Ortega. I was asked for check stubs and other documents which I provided. I was told by Javier Ortega that he would get it done and give me a call when the funds are available. That was Monday, it is now Thursday. I have made several attempts to reach Mr. Ortega via email and through his direct line in the office. I have left voice mails and he has not once contacted me back regarding this issue. I've called the bank and they have also sent him emails regarding me trying to reach him.I am confused as to why this small loan is so difficult to process, and even more as to why I cannot receive a return call or some type of communication. I find it very un professional and feel I have been a loyal customer and don't deserve this treatment. But to be fair to the bank they have been very good to me in the past, particularly I only deal with two loans officers at this location, Roul Cortes and Miss Ghizal(not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly), but they were and have always been very professional and prompt, along with keeping open lines of communication with me. I don't know what else to do I am so upset and don't know if I wish to continue using this bank in the future. As a last ditch effort I even returned to the bank Wednesday to try and meet with Mr. Ortega and find out what's going on but he was already gone for the day. So i have had and no longer wish to use his service, I'm disappointed to say the least!

Jose Almaguer1This is the bank which I normally use and have had good experiences until this past week. I went in to take out a small personal loan. I spoke with Javier Ortega. I provided the documents requested and he said he would take care of the rest and call me once it’s approved. This was Monday. Since then I have contacted him via phone and email, left messages but to no avail I could not get him to respond or communicate back with me. I am frustrated and feel that that is very unprofessional. I have done a lot of business with this Bank in the past and have never encountered any problems before. I normally deal with loan officers Roul Cortez and Ghizal( not sure if that’s how you spell her name) and they take care of me... they communicate and usually have me taken care of within that day or the very next. I will never again go to Mr Javier Ortega . I think this is rediculous that I have to go through this. As a final attempt I did go back into the bank since I couldn’t get Mr Ortega on the phone or to reply to my emails, but he was out for the day. So not only did I waste my day, but I also lost hours at work. This whole situation has been very disappointing to say the least.
