  My wife & I were first time home buyers so the home buying process was daunting and unfamiliar to us. We heard horror stories about predatory loans or sales people just coaxing gullible people to "sign on the dotted line" knowing the home buyers could not afford the house payments. So obviously we were cautious before diving into the home buying process. My loan officer was Diana Fernandez and she was SOOOO helpful! I never felt pressure or unease with anything throughout the home buying process. Everything was smooth, she answered all my questions, and ALWAYS returned my calls and emails. In addition to all that, she explained everything to me in a way that I could understand since my expertise is not home loans. I was able to get in my home with 0% down. Only had to pay closing cost. This was really nice because now we were able to get some new furniture for our new home. I cannot recommend Member Home Loan & Diana enough!!!

  We recently purchased a new home, and Lauren Jung was such a huge help in getting it done! She was so professional -- very knowledgeable and always happy to answer all my many questions quickly. MHL was so easy to work with and very clear throughout the process. We got a fantastic rate and closed fast with NO problems or delays. We are so excited to be moving into our new home, and Lauren and MHL made it quick and easy!

  Mr. Franks and Ms. West both are amazing professionals. They were passionate about assisting me with completing my refinancing. There were a few times they worked after hours to get documents to me for signatures. Every deadline was met, simply because I received notices and phone calls in a timely manner. Initially, I was told that the entire loan process and underwriting could possibly take a minimum of 60 days. We closed in 49 days. Had I not been out of the country for 10 days, I think we would've completed the process even sooner. Mr. Franks ans Ms. West are certainly invaluable and a great asset to the Members Home Loan Team!!!

  I worked with Lauren - she was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the rates I was looking for right away. She was able to beat the rates, I was getting from another Credit Union - plus saved me money on closing cost also. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth - did was able to answer all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend Lauren and her company for mortgage needs.

  Our experience with Member Home Loan was amazing. Lauren Jung was our loan officer and I would recommend her without hesitation. She is organized, extremely fast to respond, and she kept me updated as the process went forward. The close process was also very organized and fast. This was so easy! She was an advocate for us, which seems to be rare in the lending world.

  I dealt with Lauren Jeung. She was positively exceptional in her professionalism. She was very prompt in returning my calls, explained everything perfectly and was very nice doing so. The prompt service had us closing in 5 weeks which is amazing ! I would recommend Member Home Loan and Lauren without a doubt.

  My wife and I were in the process of refinancing our house and almost decided to continue with Bank of America, when Lauren Jung was recommended to us by a friend. Initially I was somewhat reluctant to go with a credit union since all my life I dealt with large, international banks such as Barclay’s Bank in England, Bank of Montreal and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Canada, and JP Morgan Chase in the U.S. But an initial conversation with Lauren drastically altered my perspective. She was incredibly professional and efficient in laying down the terms and other details, but what is more important, I found her to be utterly credible. The rest, as one might say, is history. We have closed the loan with Member Home Loan last week and I am delighted to say it was all due to our interaction with Lauren. She was prompt, responsive and incredibly helpful during navigation through all the intricate details of the process. I have had my share of interactions with loan officers over the decades, and Lauren rates at the very top of that list. While I will continue with my banking with Chase, I will also continue to populate my new account with CFFCU on a monthly basis. Lauren is a great asset to any organization that chooses to seek her expertise and services. If I am in need of any more financing in the future for another home, she is my go to person. Thank you Lauren for making the entire process painless and pleasant.
