Caron Feldman5The best customer service and personal banking I have ever experienced I just opened an account with FRB at the end of Jan 2020 and am very impressed and extremely pleased with the service and the friendliness of all the bankers Finally a bank that truly cares about their customers I highly recommend them and although I have only been to the studio city location as that’s where I opened my account, I am sure that all the branches have the same excellent service
